What I build

Not chatbots. Not demos.

I build systems that handle real workflows — lead processing, document intelligence, CRM automation, internal ops, data pipelines — the kind that replace actual manual work and stay running after I hand them off.

I've built these for startups in India, Australia, and globally. The problems are mostly the same. The constraints differ. I know both.

How an engagement works

Discovery call

30 minutes. We talk about your problem, your stack, your team. I ask questions. You do too. We figure out if it's a fit.

Scoping

If it makes sense, I send a scoping doc — what gets built, how long, what it costs. No surprises after this point.

Build

I build it. You stay in the loop with regular updates. Real delivery, not a black box handoff at the end.

Handoff

Full documentation. Your team can maintain it. I'm available for follow-on if needed — not required.

Typical timeline: 4–12 weeks · Typical range: $5K–$25K depending on scope
